lunch-alot of rice + fried chicken+fried fish and alot vege and soup + orange + one mini pau +one orange + one pear+ one vitagen.

dinner-one pandan kaya bread+one lotus bread+ meat floss with fried rice+fishball noodles+ abit of fried mee sua+mango yoghurt drink+soyabean milk and fruits....................
