lunch-soyabean+rice + dishes(friedyamring,fish,chicken chop,vege,tofu)
teabreak-currybun+fruit juice+banana.
dinner-3big plate of fried noodles + fried tofu + fried fish with black sauce + one big bowl of red bean soup+fruits+pockey+strawberry yoghurt drink+yam biscuit.
went to walk with family.
