breakfast-two slice of bread with peanut butter and kaya+coffee
lunch - 2pancakes!! + bread with peanut butter and fruits and vitagen and 3 glass of milk .
dinner-oatmeal (alot , i overcook !) + fruits + digestive biscuits + popiah (2whole popiah)! + carrot juice + vitagen.
supose to exercise but skip again ,i hope i will go swimming tmr even if it is to swim 2laps :|

1)should i drop hmt ?
2) take bio or physics (but i kind of make up mmy mind to take bio )
