ok. i hate myself today , i hate myself more and more.....
breakfast-bread
lunch - i went ikea.
meatballs (about 4)(creamy sauce + jam) , half a cooked salmon , half a baked potato , half a mash potato , half a fried potato , 7 carrots , half a roast chicken , a cup of icelemon tea + some coffee +water + coleslaw +chilli sauce , am i a giant or what ?!
and after awhile...
teabreak-2 bread + 2 cups of fruit juice + fruits
i cant believe this , i am scared my appetite has gone back to the past......
and i didnt exercise today )-:
i really hate my self alot la )-:
was supposed to go swimming but why am i not moving a f*cking butt.

i havent complete any.

dinner - fish porridge + one mouth of wanton noodles + one mouth of fishball noodles + few mouthful of vegetarian food + desert +soya bean
my appetite very big recently.

plus i eat alot unhealthy food.
