i eat like a monster.

breakfast-one slice of bread with peanut butter + 20 grapes
lunch - 5otah!?
two mouthful of nasi lemak , two mouthful of lor mee , 4 mouthful of fried beehoon, 3mouthful of rice +vege+tofu+tanghoon
few mouthful of fishsoupp + fishh
1/4 pau
two bites of durian moon cake
two cups of tea + few mouthful of coffee
no wonder they say if you eat alot of stuff end up eating more
 
today i going to exercise @ 3.30 @ maritchie(?) later.
and i did 50 leg squats.
one hour of hula hoop
ran 9.8km !
dinner - half plate rice + veg + pork +tofu +stingray and red bean soup + one cookie + one mouth of fishbeehoon
