breakfast-2slice of bread with peanut butter + 2 glass of milk+one banana.
teabreak-one slice of bread with peanut butter and yoghurt drink.
lunch-yoghurt with 6digestive biscuits + alotalot fruits(watermelon,grapes,strawberry)+ crepe with meat floss+ yam biscuits + strawberry yoghurt drink.
teabreak-2bowl of soup+ two digestive biscuits+ one vitagen
dinner- rice+blacksauce chicken+ tanghoon+tofu+soup+alotalot la + 3potato custard bread+ 2 charsiew pastry + drink alot weird stuff+icecream.
supper-two potato custard bread+ fruits+ biscuit.
i ate emotionally during supper )-: i wasnt suppose to but because i was angry/irritated i went on eating....
i eat six meals a day now )-: but i went to swim 10laps today. better than nothing but my dinner can kill _|_
